I am a licensed Michigan Realtor. I have not been active recently. Which franchise is the best to be with? - real estate companies that will pay board dues in florida

I am concerned primarily with the name recognition and associated costs for the part of society.

I'm in Michigan, I realize that I pay and must MAR NAR and local boards of real estate and electronic lock-boxes.

I am looking for an office responsible for the signs and maps, and perhaps advertising is paying off.

I have purchased a license has since 1997 and am very knowledgeable about real estate. I have both been with ReMax and Coldwell Banker.

My father is an agent with Green Ridge. I do not like their fees.

Any first hand experience or advice would be helpful.
